5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We and our Service Providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, and similar technologies (collectively, "Cookies") to operate the Site, recognize you across visits, measure performance, and deliver targeted advertising. You can instruct your browser to refuse all Cookies or to alert you when a Cookie is being sent — but if you reject Cookies, some parts of the Site may not function correctly.
We use both session Cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent Cookies (which remain on your device until they expire or you delete them). The categories of Cookies we use include:
- Necessary / Essential Cookies — required for core functionality such as authentication, form submission, and load balancing. Without these, the Site cannot function.

6. Sharing With Vendors (Referral Network)
The core purpose of the Site is to connect you with independent mobile car wash and detailing Vendors. When you submit a service request, we share your name, contact details, service-location address, vehicle information, and service-request details with one or more Vendors so they can quote, schedule, and perform the requested work. Once your information has been transmitted to a Vendor, that Vendor controls and uses your information under its own privacy practices, which may differ from ours. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any Vendor, and we strongly encourage you to review each Vendor's privacy policy before engaging them.
Multiple Vendors may receive and respond to your request. Depending on Vendor availability, your geographic location, the type of service requested, and other factors, more than one Vendor may receive your inquiry and contact you separately by phone, SMS, or email. By submitting a service request, you consent to being contacted by each Vendor that receives your inquiry. If you do not wish to be contacted by additional Vendors after speaking with the first one, you must notify each Vendor directly to opt out of their communications, and you may also contact us through our contact page so we can mark your inquiry as closed in our system.
7. Sharing With Service Providers
We share Personal Data and Usage Data with Service Providers that perform tasks on our behalf, subject to confidentiality and use restrictions. Categories of Service Providers include:
- Hosting, security, and content-delivery providers;

8. Business Transfers
If Operator is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, reorganization, or bankruptcy, your Personal Data may be transferred to the successor or acquiring entity. We will provide notice on the Site before any such transfer if your Personal Data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
9. Legal Disclosures
We may disclose Personal Data when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process;
- Respond to valid requests from public authorities (including state or federal law enforcement and regulatory agencies);
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Operator, our Vendors, our users, or the public;
- Investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service;

10. Data Retention

We retain Usage Data for a shorter period, except where extended retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Phone-call recordings are typically retained for the period set by our call-tracking provider, after which they are automatically deleted unless we are legally required to preserve them or they are needed to investigate a specific incident.
11. International Data Transfer
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at our operating location in the United States and at the locations of our Service Providers. By using the Site or submitting Personal Data, you consent to the transfer and processing of your Personal Data in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. For more information, visit Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

We may also limit how we collect, use, and store information from users between 13 and 18 years old.
21. Links to Other Websites
The Site contains links to Vendor websites, social-media pages, mapping services, and other third-party sites.
